Lil' Shawn's a Missionary!

Sorry the picture is blurry, but it was taken with my cell phone and I couldn't take another one cuz it messed up, but you can see their happy faces. This was the night lil Shawn was set apart for his mission. It was nice hearing the different mission stories from their Bishop and the Stake President and seeing the excited look on lil Shawns face. Aren't they are a beautiful looking family?!?!!
Shawn left for his mission on Wed. Jan. 21st. He's been gone a lil' over 1 week. Poor Cindy! Her baby is gone, but he is going to do the Lords work. I'm sure that's supposed to be a comfort, and in the long run I'm sure it will be, but in the begining it doesn't help fill the emptyness of the home. Hubby is also gone, to Texas with a job and Cindy, Stasyia and YY are holding down the fort and getting it ready to rent or sell. We will really miss them when they move, but it'll give us a chance to go see them in Texas along with Robert, Lisa, Madi and Mason.
ROAD TRIP!!
We love you lil' Shawn and are so very proud of your decision to serve a mission! Keep emailing your Mom so we can have updates too!!!

Yvonne and Lopez are going to be stationed in Hawaii together! How blessed and thankful we are that she has become friends with someone she'll be stationed with. From growing up on a military family, it's always nice to know someone when you move to a new place. 3 years in Hawaii...vacation time here we come. We can't miss our baby girl for too long, she might need some checking up on...hahahaha! And now we have 2 new daughters in our family too! Welcome to our crazy family Gonzalas and Lopez!

Homemade personal pizza's

Jamie and Robbie
enjoying their creations!

Savannah, Krissy and Nanners (so photogenic!)

Daddy, Robbie and Jamie making Pizza

The other day we were making our homemade personal pizza's, one of our favorite meals! Krissy and Nanners were here and had fun making them too! (I forgot to get the camera out when they were all together making them, then the girls got too busy playing to come back and pose for me! hate it when i do that!) They are so super simple to make and the kids have a blast making theit own personal creations!
Here's the recipie:
How ever many tubes of Pilsbury Grands Buscuits
(each buscuit makes 1 personal pizza)
Pizza sause (or plain spagettii sause)
toppings
cheese
Put a little bit of flour on the workspace to prevent the buscuit from sticking. Start smooshing the buscuit pretty thin and push from the center out to make it larger. Add sause, toppings and cheese.
That's it! Easy as pie!
Bake it according to package, may need to add a little more time, until crust is golden brown.
My kids get creative and make stuffed crusts, deep dish, etc. Makes a good family night meal.
